The fire extinguisher is located by the entrance door. Also in the kitchen in the first top drawer on the right next to the electricity meter, you'll find a first aid kit.

If you were using IRON - DOUBLE CHECK, that you've UNPLUGGED it before going out.

Please, collect trash separately.

• The left bin (pink or yellow bag) - plastic.
• The middle bin (no bag) - glass bottles and glass in general.
• The left bin (blue bag - unsorted trash.
• Paper bag behin the bin is for paper and carton
• Organic waste - small bin on the kitchen counter left of the sink

Also, there are two larger bins on the service balcony with the entrance from the second bathroom shower.
If need be, you can move the bags from the kitchen and put them into those bins.
The blue one is for bags with plastic and unsorted and paper/carton. The orange bin is for ORGANIC ONLY!

The cashier receipts made of thermal paper go to unsorted!

Please, do not put any packaging packaging into organic, even if there is still some food left inside. Use the bin for unsorted.

If you have trash to be collected during your stay - let me know and I will arrange to pick it up at your convenience.

On check out leave the trash inside the apartment - the housekeeping will take care of the disposal.

Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. However, you can smoke on the terrace, but make sure to keep the doors shut while you do.
Do not throw/drop the ashes/butts behind the railings!!!

Please, note that the air conditioning will switch off, if any of the terrace doors stay open longer than 5 minutes.

No loud music / sound between 22:00 and 08:00. Please, keep noise down on the stairs at any time.

Please, do not wear shoes, walking on the carpets. The disposable slippers are provided for your convenience.

The washer and dryer are at your disposal and are located in the attic. The keys for the attick are next to the electricity counter - first top drawer on the right, as you enter the kitchen.
The small key is for the first door, the large key is for the second door.
When you turn the washer/dryer on/off or change programs, wait a second after eash push of a button - the response is a little slow.

If you order delivery - the Intercom call button outside is Acque Serene. Please note, that the doorbell to the apartment is not very loud.
